Ancient Ruins is accessed by going to the NPC Excavenger at 264:240 in Wasteland or by using the Ancient Ruins Pass from the Potcash shop.
To enter via the NPC 2 level 45 quests have to be completed first:
Lvl 45 - Force Recruit
Lvl 45 - Dangerous As Ever
